Division are as follows:
- Corporate Finance Services
Corporate Finance Services: Our Department mainly acts as a vendor of equity and debt finance, by providing primary and secondary capital to corporate clients. It can offer advice on mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, management of initial public offerings, debt offerings and secondary offerings to private and institutional investors. We undertake to structure and market such offerings in accordance with each client's needs and strategy.
Our team also examines a client company’s existing structure and provides an overall valuation. It can assist clients achieve their short-term and long-term objectives either within their existing framework or through the transformation of the company's capital structure. It also emphasizes the significance of due diligence procedure, which increases effectiveness and reduces operational risk.
- Underwriting Services
These include initial and secondary public offerings on the Cyprus Stock Exchange as well as equities and debt offerings private placements. We can assist our clients in their fundraising effort locally or regionally via our extensive institutional and professional network in the financial industry. Since 1997, SLSFSSharelink' Investment Banking Division has been the lead advisor and underwriter for more than a sixth of total IPOs on the Cyprus Stock Exchange. Moreover, it has completed an equally large number of secondary offerings such as right and/or warrants issues, including several bond issues.
